Retail & Lifestyle Assistant

The Retail & Lifestyle Assistant is an important part of the customer experience at Essentia. You will represent the brand across our retail environment, helping customers discover products across fashion, accessories, beauty, wellness and lifestyle.

You will provide warm, knowledgeable and attentive service while maintaining the presentation and organisation of the retail space to an exceptional standard. The role also involves receiving stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing displays, processing transactions and supporting product launches and promotional activity.

We are looking for someone naturally polished and personable, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and premium customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
Customer service and product guidance; retail sales and transactions; stock receiving and inventory control; merchandising and visual presentation; maintaining impeccable retail standards; supporting promotions, events and product launches; and assisting with general day-to-day operations.

Ideal qualities:
Professional, personable, organised, commercially aware, trustworthy and confident communicating with customers.

Personal Assistant to the Founder

This is a highly trusted position supporting the Founder across the developing Essentia ecosystem.

The Personal Assistant will provide exceptional organisational and administrative support, helping to manage a varied and fast-moving schedule involving business operations, suppliers, events, meetings, correspondence, projects and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, discreet and proactive, with the ability to anticipate requirements rather than simply respond to them. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, handling confidential information and communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of activity and can bring structure, efficiency and calm to a busy entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Diary and appointment management; correspondence; meeting preparation; research; document preparation; travel and event coordination; supplier and stakeholder communication; task tracking; project administration; and supporting the Founder with both business and personal administrative requirements.

Ideal qualities:
Discreet, highly organised, intelligent, resourceful, articulate, dependable and exceptionally attentive to detail.

Hospitality & Events Coordinator

The Hospitality & Events Coordinator will help bring Essentia's events and experiences to life.

Working across private dining, weddings, celebrations, corporate functions, seminars, workshops and cultural events, you will coordinate the operational details that turn a booking into a memorable experience.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams, assist with event planning and timelines, coordinate logistics and help ensure that every detail is delivered to Essentia's standards.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an environment where no two events are exactly the same.

Key responsibilities include:
Client communication; event planning and coordination; supplier liaison; event schedules and logistics; venue preparation; guest experience; event administration; and on-the-day coordination.

Ideal qualities:
Highly organised, calm under pressure, polished, personable, solution-focused and commercially aware.

Chef / Culinary Specialist -(Closed)

The culinary team is at the heart of Essentia's nourishment offering.

We are looking for a skilled and creative culinary professional capable of producing food that reflects Essentia's commitment to flavour, quality, presentation and thoughtful nutrition.

The role may encompass everyday café cuisine, Nigerian and African specialities, gourmet dishes, healthy meal preparation, fine dining and bespoke event catering.

We particularly value chefs who respect ingredients, understand consistency and presentation, and are excited by the opportunity to develop new dishes and culinary concepts.

Key responsibilities include:
Food preparation and production; menu execution; recipe development; portion control; food presentation; stock management; food safety and hygiene; kitchen organisation; and catering production.

Catering & Kitchen Assistant - (Closed)

The Catering & Kitchen Assistant provides essential support across Essentia's food production and catering operations.

You will assist with food preparation, kitchen organisation, packing, cleaning, stock handling and event preparation while maintaining exceptionally high standards of hygiene and presentation.

This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys practical work, learns quickly and takes genuine pride in maintaining a professional kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Food preparation; ingredient preparation; packing and labelling; kitchen cleaning and organisation; stock rotation; catering preparation; equipment care; and supporting chefs during busy service periods.

Ideal qualities:
Reliable, hardworking, hygienic, organised, attentive and willing to learn.

Café & Hospitality Assistant - (Closed)

The Café & Hospitality Assistant helps create the welcoming and polished environment for which Essentia strives.

You will support customers throughout their experience, from taking orders and preparing beverages to serving food, maintaining the dining environment and assisting with opening and closing procedures.

Exceptional service is central to this role. We are looking for people who understand that hospitality is not simply about serving food—it is about making people feel welcomed, respected and valued.

Key responsibilities include:
Customer service; order taking; food and beverage service; basic beverage preparation; maintaining dining areas; till operation; cleaning; stock replenishment; and opening and closing procedures.

Ideal qualities:
Warm, professional, attentive, efficient and genuinely customer-focused.

Food Preparation & Meal Prep Specialist - (Closed)

Essentia's functional nutrition and meal preparation offering requires consistency, precision and an understanding of balanced food.

The Meal Prep Specialist will assist in preparing clean, nutritious and carefully portioned meals for individual customers, wellness programmes and corporate clients.

The role requires excellent organisation and the ability to follow recipes, portion specifications and dietary requirements accurately.

Key responsibilities include:
Meal preparation; weighing and portioning; recipe adherence; food labelling; meal packaging; stock rotation; kitchen hygiene; preparation scheduling; and supporting the development of meal-prep products.

Ideal qualities:
Methodical, health-conscious, precise, organised and committed to quality.

Beauty & Wellness Consultant

The Beauty & Wellness Consultant will represent Essentia's beauty and wellness offering, including NatureCares and associated lifestyle products.

You will help customers understand products, provide thoughtful guidance and contribute to a premium and personalised shopping experience.

An interest in skincare, haircare, wellness and conscious beauty is essential, together with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to understand each customer's needs.

Key responsibilities include:
Customer consultations; product knowledge; skincare and beauty guidance; retail sales; product presentation; stock management; customer follow-up; and supporting beauty and wellness initiatives.

Ideal qualities:
Knowledgeable, polished, empathetic, confident and passionate about beauty and wellbeing.

Fashion & Accessories Consultant

Working across Dela-Rizon and the wider Essentia fashion offering, the Fashion & Accessories Consultant will help customers discover carefully selected fashion, handbags, footwear, jewellery and vintage luxury pieces.

The successful candidate will possess a strong appreciation of style and presentation, together with the ability to provide knowledgeable yet effortless customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
Customer styling assistance; product presentation; retail sales; stock management; merchandising; product research; vintage and luxury product knowledge; and supporting fashion launches and events.

Ideal qualities:
Stylish, personable, commercially aware, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about fashion.

Digital Marketing & Content Executive

The Digital Marketing & Content Executive will help translate the Essentia vision into compelling digital experiences.

Working across food, hospitality, fashion, beauty, wellness and innovation, you will contribute to content creation, social media, digital campaigns, website content and brand communications.

We are looking for someone who understands that premium marketing is about storytelling, not simply posting content.

Key responsibilities include:
Content planning; social media management; copywriting; photography and video coordination; website content; email marketing; campaign development; digital research; analytics; and supporting product and event launches.

Ideal qualities:
Creative, articulate, digitally confident, commercially aware and highly attentive to brand presentation.

Brand & Creative Coordinator

This role supports the visual and creative development of the Essentia ecosystem and its individual brands.

You will work across campaigns, product launches, packaging, promotional materials, events and brand assets, helping ensure that Essentia maintains a cohesive and elevated visual identity.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and a strong understanding of contemporary premium branding.

Creative coordination; campaign development; visual research; packaging and promotional materials; brand asset management; event styling; supplier coordination; and supporting the development of new concepts.

Operations & Business Coordinator

As Essentia grows, strong operational foundations become increasingly important.

The Operations & Business Coordinator will support the smooth running of the wider ecosystem, helping to coordinate suppliers, stock, administration, systems, processes and day-to-day business requirements.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and understands that exceptional customer experiences depend upon exceptional operations behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:
Operational administration; supplier coordination; purchasing; stock control; documentation; scheduling; process improvement; data and record management; and supporting business projects.

Ideal qualities:
Analytical, organised, proactive, commercially aware and highly dependable.

Innovation & Projects Associate

Essentia's vision extends into technology, smart living, sustainable mobility and emerging lifestyle solutions.

The Innovation & Projects Associate will support research, development and evaluation of new concepts, products and commercial opportunities within the wider Essentia ecosystem.

This role is particularly suited to a curious and commercially minded individual who enjoys exploring emerging ideas and turning possibilities into practical projects.

Key responsibilities include:
Market research; product research; competitor analysis; supplier research; project coordination; concept development; business case preparation; and supporting new venture initiatives.
